Del Mano Productions Additional Required Items
The following items must be included with your Application Card. If you are applying for more than one show at the same time, you
must include all of the requested items for each show you are applying for. Incomplete applications will be returned unprocessed.

Three self addressed and stamped envelopes: Write "Photo Return" at the bottom right hand corner of the envelope you want
us to use for the return of your photos. Please make sure this envelope has enough postage to cover the return of your photographs.

Separate check to cover your Participation Fee. Your check will be returned if your application is not accepted.

Separate check to cover your Processing Fee. There is a $5 processing fee for each show you are applying for. Do not include
this fee in your Participation Fee check. This fee is not refundable if you are not accepted into the show.

Separate check to cover your "Late Fee" if applicable. There is a $10 late fee for applications received less than
30 days prior to the date of the show you are applying for. This fee is refundable if you are not accepted.

Food Vendors: Include your application fee, a proposed menu and booth photo. Show fees for food vendors vary with each show.
Please call to determine the cost of the show you wish to participate in. All food vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance and are responsible for all city and health department fees &
licenses.

There is no deadline date however we recommend that you submit your application at
least 45 days prior to the date of the show you are applying for. It is recommended that your application be received as early as possible to insure that the category you
are applying for is not full. Jewelry & clothing applications will be juried together 45 days prior to the show. All other applications will be processed on a first come first served basis.

del Mano Productions Show Participation Requirements The following information and
requirements apply to all del Mano Productions 2005 shows. Please follow the instructions set forth below.
All applications are processed on a space available basis with a limit to the number participating in any one
media. All of the shows are juried for acceptance from the photos submitted. Participation is determined by selecting the best work presented in each media.
The following items are not permitted:
1. Any goods considered to be manufactured or mass-produced.
2. Any imported goods even though they may be hand made.
3. Goods that are purchased for resale and not made by participant.
4. Clothing items that are not created by participating artist.
Participants found displaying imported or manufactured goods, or goods purchased for
resale or clothing not created by the seller will be removed from the show and their show fee forfeited.
Participants agree to park in designated "Participant Parking Area" only, failure to do
so may result in removal from the show. All work must be presented by the artist who has created the work unless previously cleared by DMP.
There are no refunds once you have been accepted into a show. See miscellaneous section below.
California Seller's Permit: You must provide a copy of your California Seller's Permit
certificate issued by the State Board of Equalization. Your Seller's Permit number will be checked prior to the show. Artists presenting invalid numbers will be removed from
the show and there will be no refund. Please make sure your California Seller's Permit is current.
Entry Fee for Artists/Crafts persons: The cost for each show is listed under the
description of each show. Your entry fee check must be made payable to del Mano Productions. Indicate the show you are applying for on the bottom left hand corner of
your check. You must submit a separate check for each show you are applying for.
Entry Fee for Food Vendors: Food vendors must submit a photo of their booth and a
complete proposed menu for review. Food vendors are required to secure all necessary city licenses and permits. Please call for the participation fee for the show you wish to
participate in. This fee should be included with your application.
Processing Fee: A non-refundable $5.00 processing fee payable to del Mano
Productions is charged for each show. A separate check is required. Do not include this fee in your entry fee or late fee check.
Late Fee: There is a $10 late fee payable to del Mano Productions for applications
received less that 30 days prior to the date of the show you are applying for. A separate check is required. Do not include this fee in your entry fee or processing fee check.
Application Card: A separate application card must be completed for each of the
shows you are applying for. Fill out the application card completely. Incomplete applications will be returned delaying the processing of your application.
Photographs: Five photos showing the variety of work you will be showing is required
for each show you are applying for. The photos you submit will determine acceptance into the show. Your photos will be compared to the photos submitted by other artists
in your category. Selecting the best work from all of the submissions in your category will fill the limited number of spaces allotted in your category.
Display Photo: You are required to provide a photo of the display you will be using at
the show. Acceptance into the show is not only determined by the quality of your work but also the quality of your display. Often times the quality of work submitted
may be equal amongst artists submissions therefore, the quality of the display becomes the determining factor as to who will be accepted.
Return Envelopes: You are required to provide three (3) return envelopes. Two of the
envelopes should be at least #10 letter size envelopes. These envelopes will be used to forward your acceptance and space assignment letters. The third envelope is for
the return of you photos and must be large enough to accommodate the photos you submitted. Make sure that this envelope has enough postage to cover the return of
your photos. Please write "Photo Return" on the bottom right corner of the envelope you want us to send your photos back to you in.
Space Size: Space sizes are determined by the applicant's individual needs. All spaces
are ten (10') deep. You may request up to a 10' x 20' space for the published show fee. Please request only the amount of space you actually need. Additional space over 20' may be purchased on a pro rata basis.
Deadlines: Applications should be received not less than 30 days prior to the date of
the show you are applying for. Late applications will be accepted on a media/space available basis. There is an additional $10 late fee for applications received less than 30 days prior to the show.
Show Announcement Post Cards: Mini Posters, the size of a standard post card are
available free of charge for each of the shows. These are great for mailing to your customers to let them know that you will be participating in the show. Indicate on
your application form how many show cards you would like.
Publicity and Promotion: del Mano Productions has secured the services of a
professional public relations firm, to handle the press releases and publicity for all of our 2005 shows. Many of the ads used to promote the event use photos submitted by
the artists that will be participating in the show. The Ad photos are chosen from the photos submitted for acceptance into the show. Make sure that the photos you
submit are of a quality that can be reproduced for print media if you wish to be considered for these ads.
Miscellaneous:
All of del Mano Productions 2005 shows are held out of doors and are subject to the
whims of nature. There are no rain dates and there are no refunds for inclement weather.
del Mano Productions and the affiliated organizations involved with the various 2005
shows do not assume responsibility nor are they liable for injury to persons or loss or damage of property as a result of your participation in any of the various del Mano Productions shows .
There are no refunds for cancellations after an applicant has been accepted into a
show. A show credit may be issued under certain circumstances at the sole discretion of the producer.
All estimates of attendance are based on previous experience for that show or for
holding a similar type show. del Mano Productions can not guarantee the listed attendance and gives this information only as a reference.
